A deposit of £10 per person is due within two weeks of making the booking.
Final payment for the party will be due 14 days prior to the booking, unless agreed otherwise
All food orders MUST be received three weeks prior to the date of dining but no later than the beginning of December.
Please note, all bookings held in the evening are obligated to order the 3 course menu.
All parties must arrive and be seated for the designated booking time to prevent any delays. Where parties are delayed Cinnabar cannot be held responsible for a later service. We will endeavour to maintain the agreed seating times where possible.
Please note, we are unable to accept evening bookings for persons aged less than 18 years. Cinnabar operates with a challenge 25 policy.
CANCELLATIONS AND NOTICE
Please note…The deposit is only fully refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to the booking. Only 50% of the deposit is refundable if cancelled between 29 days to 15 days prior to the booking.
The deposit is non-refundable if cancelled 14 days or less prior to the booking.
Please be aware that any late cancellations (3 days notice or less) are still required to make full payment.
You can pay with all major credit & debit cards and cash.
An optional 10% service charge will be added to your bill.
As the signatory on the booking, you’re responsible for making sure all members of your party behave responsibly. If anyone does break or damage anything, they’ll be asked to pay for it.
