As you would expect (and by popular demand) this year sees the return of our infamous Christmas Party Club nights on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays throughout November and December.

Once your festive feast has been devoured and the tables cleared, we welcome you to hit the cocktail bar and dance the night away! You can expect our resident DJ’s to play all of your favourite Club Classics with the essential Christmas Party tunes mixed in for good measure!

RESERVATIONS

To book your party, please call, email or come in and see us so we can secure your provisional booking.

A deposit of £10 per person is due within 7 days of making a provisional booking.

Your booking is not confirmed until your deposit has been paid in full.

Final payment and food orders for your party will be due 3 weeks prior to your date of dining, unless agreed otherwise.

Any provisional bookings made on or after 1st December will require food orders and full payment within 7 days.

Please note we are unable to accept mixed menu bookings.

All Traditional or Celebration Menu bookings held in the evening are obligated to order the 3-course menu.

All parties must arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before the designated dining time to prevent any delays.

Where parties are delayed Cinnabar cannot be held responsible for a later service.

We will endeavour to maintain the agreed seating times where possible.

Please note, we are unable to accept evening bookings for persons aged less than 18 years. Cinnabar operates with a challenge 25 policy.

CANCELLATIONS AND NOTICE

For cancellations received 30 days or more prior to the booking date we will refund 100% of any monies paid.

For cancellations received within 29 to 15 days prior to the booking date we will refund 50% of any monies paid.

Please note we are unable to refund any monies paid for cancellations received 14 days or less prior to the booking date.

PAYMENT TERMS

You can pay with all major credit & debit cards and cash.

SERVICE CHARGE

An optional 10% service charge will be added to your bill.
