Terms and Conditions of Cinnabar Private Hire

Terms and Conditions of Cinnabar Private Hire

Please be aware that all private parties hen & stage parties wishing to hire the function room must adhere to terms and conditions stated below.

  1. Provisional booking are only held for 7 days. At the end of the 7 day period, unless the date is secured, the date will automatically be released.
  2. A provisional booking cannot be held for a further 7 consecutive days immediately after an initial provisional booking. There must be a lapse of a minimum of 7 days.
  3. To secure a booking the hire fee must be paid in full within the provisional period of 7 days.
  4. Bookings can only be accepted once a) a booking form has been signed and sent back to the venue filled out, b) photographic ID has been provided for copying, c) a viewing has been made, d) full payment has been met, we do not accept cheques, e) the management have accepted the booking based on the information provided from the interested party and confirmed via email.
  5. Where door security are either required or requested the fee is charged to the person hiring the venue. Due to terms of licence any form of door policy requires door security.
  6. All door security charges are to be paid a minimum of 7 days prior to the event.
  7. No adult entertainment or services or activities must take place at the premises (Adult Entertainment includes, but is not restricted to, such entertainment or services which would generally include topless bar staff, striptease, lap-table, or pole-dancing, or entertainment involving strong and offensive language).
  8. No offensive or inflatable items are permitted in the venue
  9. An over 21 door policy operates at the venue. Where invited guests are under the age of 21 years they must leave the premise by 9pm Sunday to Thursday and 7pm Friday & Saturday
  10. The premise operates with ‘Challenge 25’. Persons who look or are under 25 will be asked to provide photographic ID.
  11. The management and parties working on behalf of the management have the right to ask patrons and guests for ID. Where ID is not sufficient or provided those persons may/will be asked to leave the premise.
  12. Where guests are either on the ‘Pub Watch’ or House barred list they will be refused entry or asked to leave.
  13. All guests arriving once a Club night starts will be subject to the door charges and policies.
  14. The management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any guests to leave.
  15. The management must at all times adhere to the licensing objectives and policies.
  16. Where the management believe that they are unable to fulfil any of the above it may be necessary to cancel or halt an event even if in progress. Where this is the case there will be no refund provided.
  17. Where incorrect information has been provided when making the booking the management have the right to cancel the event even if in progress. The management will not in these circumstances provide a refund of the hire fee. All other fees paid will also be subject to the same terms and conditions.
  18. If the management cancel the event prior to commencement for any reason, a discretionary refund might be available minus any cost incurred by the management.
  19. Where a customer wishes to cancel an event for any reason the following applies   a) with more than one calendar month s notice a full refund minus any costs incurred by the management, b) with one calendar month or less no refund is available.
